Website estimates are planning ranges, not binding offers. Final scope, price, timing, and payment terms are established in a written service agreement.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate home and site information, disclose known structural issues, ensure lawful site access, and complete responsibilities listed in the service agreement.
Scheduling and conditions
Weather, permit timing, road restrictions, utility readiness, and site access may affect schedules. We communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
Permits, safety, and insurance
Work is subject to applicable transport, building, zoning, and safety rules. Required permits and insurance responsibilities are stated in the final agreement.
