Plan with fewer unknowns.

Start with the questions homeowners, dealers, and park managers ask most. For a job-specific answer, call our coordination team.

How much does it cost to move a mobile home?

Cost depends on distance, home size (single/double/triple-wide), route permits, and pilot-car requirements. Cross-state moves typically range from $5,000 to $15,000+. Use our live map quote tool for an instant distance-based estimate, then we finalize an itemized quote.

Do you handle permits for crossing state lines?

Yes. We pull all oversize/overweight permits for every state along your route, arrange pilot cars and escorts, and complete the route survey. Permitting is always included in your quote.

Can you move an older mobile home?

Usually, yes — we'll assess structural integrity first. Homes older than ~20 years need an inspection to confirm they'll survive transport. For homes past their service life, our removal service may be the better path.

How long does installation take?

A standard installation (foundation, leveling, tie-downs, skirting, utility hookup) takes 2–5 days depending on home size and site conditions. We'll give you a firm timeline in your quote.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We hold DOT authority and carry comprehensive cargo and liability insurance on every move. Documentation is available on request and provided with every quote.

Which states do you serve?

All 50. We operate nationwide with our own crews in major regions and vetted partners elsewhere, so cross-state and cross-country moves are our specialty.
